Our Promise
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order. If you're not satisfied, you have two options:
- Free flavor swap — we'll send you our other flavor on us, no return needed
- Full refund — get your money back
How Returns Work
Opened products: Don't worry about sending it back. Even if your tub is empty, we'll process your refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Unopened products: We ask that unopened, sealed products be returned for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
Damaged or wrong items: We'll send a free replacement immediately at no cost to you. No need to return the original.
Return Window
You have 30 days from your delivery date to request a refund or initiate a return.
Refund Timing
Once approved (or once we receive your return for unopened items), refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at sales@kulfenutrition.com with your order number and a brief reason. Our team typically responds within 1 business day.
A Few Notes
- Subscription orders: Refunds apply to your most recent shipment only. Past shipments aren't eligible.
- Beyond 30 days: Cash refunds aren't available, but contact us — we'll do our best to make things right with store credit.
- Repeat refund requests: We reserve the right to review patterns of frequent returns to prevent abuse.
